We're Hiring: Senior Analytics Consultant & Data Management Specialist

Location: London (Mayfair) Hybrid- 4 days in-office, WFH Fridays

Salary: £100,000

Bonus: Up to 30% + Co-investment options

A leading finance firm is seeking a hands-on Data Analyst / Data Management Specialist. This is a sole contributor role where you'll take full ownership of data-from raw datasets through to insight-helping shape portfolio analytics and internal tools.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on analytics, enjoys working with millions of rows of data, and has a strong interest in AI and GenAI. You won't be managing a team or doing high-level strategy; this is all about delivering real, measurable insights.

What you'll do

• Collect, cleanse, standardise, and package raw datasets into standardised tools & products.
• Build and maintain data-intensive tools, covering spend, pricing, working capital, supply chain, market sizing, and cyber monitoring.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and monitoring across portfolio platforms.
• Drive GenAI adoption internally and contribute to a GenAI champions group.
• Own and improve deal origination processes and models.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong hands-on analytics experience, including working with millions of rows of data.
• 3+ years of demonstrable proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI / Tableau
• Experience in data management, governance, cleansing, and engineering.
• Interest in AI / GenAI technologies.
• Comfortable in a sole contributor role with full end-to-end data responsibility.
• Articulate and confident, able to communicate insights effectively.
• Experience in data warehouse / data engineering environments is a plus.
