Procurement & Supply Apprentice
Provide administrative support so that colleagues are assisted to deliver services to the business. To contribute to meeting team priorities while maintaining own professional development. As part of your position you will setup and administer the MCL user accounts for third party Accreditation and Credit Referencing (D&B) portals.
Role
- Issue, collate and update the KPI’s
- Sub-Contractor compliance reporting
- Chase outstanding invoices / Credit Control
- Complete credit account application / opening forms
- Spend Report production
- Maintain InSite Supply Chain page
- Monthly data collation to aid production of regional board reports
- Management / responding to supply chain enquiries
- Provide regular and ad hoc reports to management
- General administrative support
Training
- Apprentices will be completing their qualification at McLaren HQ Offices in Canary Wharf and are required to attend college once a week
- Apprentices are only required to complete functional skills maths and English if they have not met the initial A* - C grade (4 - 9) entry requirements on to the programme
- Once our successful candidate completes their programme they will have achieved an Apprenticeship qualification in Procurement and supply assistant (level 3)
- You will join the McLaren Apprenticeship Programme where you will network and build relationships with other Apprentices across the company, giving you a broader scope of the business while working towards a interpersonal/communication skills curriculum
- You will have the option to progress to a degree level apprenticeship to further enhance your knowledge and understanding and gain a higher level qualification
- Be able to join our Professional Chartership Support Programme and work towards gaining professional chartership and gain ongoing support for your continuous professional development (CPD)
