Lead Front-End Developer (Belfast)

This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior or Lead Front-End Developer looking to step into a hybrid leadership role - where you'll mentor a small team (4-5 front-end developers) while continuing to contribute hands-on to product development.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading front-end development across new and existing products.
• Playing a key role in the shift to a micro-frontend architecture.
• Creating intuitive, scalable UIs with React.
• Contributing to UI/UX direction, working with tools like Figma to mock up designs.
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members while being supported by a collaborative senior leadership team.

What we're looking for:

• Strong front-end development experience with React
• A keen eye for UI design and an interest in user experience
• Comfortable with design tools like Figma and happy to create prototypes when needed
• Experience mentoring or leading developers is ideal - or a genuine interest in stepping into a leadership role

Salary

• Up to £80,000 depending on experience with a package which includes full private health, 5% pension, 23 days holidays and flexible working.
