This opportunity is ideally suited to a commercially astute, relationship-driven professional with proven experience in partnership management, strategic account management, or senior B2B sales. This is a pivotal role within a fast-growing, mission-led organisation, combining strategic relationship development, commercial influence, and hands-on business development in a dynamic, start-up environment. Role & Responsibilities Build, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that generate consistent, repeatable one-to-many revenue opportunities Establish and nurture long-term relationships with partner organisations Lead face-to-face engagement, representing the business in partner meetings, client discussions, site visits, and industry settings Deliver high-quality presentations, workshops, and platform demonstrations, effectively communicating ROI, operational impact, and cost savings Drive partnership-led revenue growth across both energy management software and engineering service offerings Identify and develop new partnership channels, including opportunities for white-label and B2P engagement models Maintain accurate tracking of partner activity, pipeline, and performance within CRM systems Contribute to the ongoing development of partnership strategy in line with company growth objectives Essential Criteria Proven track record in partnership management, strategic account management, or senior B2B sales Experience generating revenue through relationship-led, one-to-many partnerships rather than transactional sales Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on partnership opportunities Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical solutions to both commercial and technical audiences Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a remote-first, start-up environment Full driver's licence and willingness to travel across Ireland Desirable Criteria Experience within SaaS, energy, or sustainability-related industries Exposure to both software and engineering-led solutions Experience working in a high-growth or start-up environment What's On Offer Base salary of £45,000 with commission structure across both software subscriptions and engineering projects Opportunity to join a scaling, high-impact organisation with significant growth ambitions across Ireland, the UK, and the UAE Autonomy to shape and build a partnerships function with direct influence on revenue growth Flexible, remote-first working environment Strong team culture with quarterly meetups and annual company off sites Comprehensive benefits package including 23 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday leave and an employer-funded health plan How To Apply To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Charlie Plant, Associate Specialist Consultant at MCS Group on .
