IT Support Technician Apprenticeship

PETA are proud to be working with Medhurst Communications to support them with the recruitment and training of a new IT Support Apprentice.
Role
What will my new role involve?
Joining the team as an IT Support Apprentice, you will learn:
- How to provide IT support on both hardware and software including desktop PCs, mobile devices, audio visual and networking equipment
- How to maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment
- How to identify and resolve technical problems

An enhanced DBS Disclosure check will be required for this role.
Training
As an IT Support Apprentice, you will be studying towards a level three ICT Support Technician apprenticeship. This apprenticeship is 22 months in length and will involve ongoing onsite training and mentoring from the Medhurst team combined with 25 days of off the job training at the PETA training centre in Cosham.
Progression opportunities will be discussed during the apprenticeship.
