Role

- You will work and learn with the team to evolve the services, championing change and driving continual improvements.
- To deliver exceptional customer service and technical excellence.
- To collaboratively improve our systems and procedures to reduce complexity and improve reliability.
- You will work within a team to troubleshoot and resolve IT systems, software, and database issues.
- You will network with the IT team, the business, customer teams and suppliers to implement industry standard and bespoke solutions.
- Maintain our infrastructure landscape to ensure system availability.
Training
During this Level 4 Applications Support Lead apprenticeship, you will follow a fully supported training programme with LearnTech, delivered through combined weekly remote classroom-based training, workplace assessment/training and online learning working towards completing the Applications Support Lead standard.
