IT Support Technician Apprentice
You will provide support to internal & external customers, helping them to be productive when using technology to do their own jobs. The Technician sets people up on systems & provides support when they need it, rectifying issues to maintain the organisations productivity.
Role
Your duties will include:
- Performing daily BAU activities
- Managing support tickets
- Managing customer requests and urgent activities.
- Occasional customer or Data centre site visits
Training
- Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship Standard Level 3
- Training will be delivered both in college and in the workplace
