The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, client-focused Modern Workplace Consultant to join the Professional Services team. This role focuses on designing and implementing solutions that enable modern, secure, and collaborative working environments.

You’ll work with clients to modernise their IT estate, implement Microsoft 365 and Teams-first strategies, streamline endpoint management, and adopt cloud technologies. You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding organisations through digital transformation while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and deploying Modern Workplace solutions, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Leading cloud adoption initiatives, Azure AD integration, and security best practices
• Implementing endpoint management, security, and compliance with Intune, Autopilot, and Defender for Endpoint
• Assessing client environments and creating transformation roadmaps that improve productivity and collaboration
• Running technical workshops, producing documentation, and delivering client handovers
• Troubleshooting complex M365, collaboration, and hybrid infrastructure issues
• Keeping ahead of emerging modern workplace technologies to provide innovative solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in Microsoft 365/Modern Workplace consulting (MSP or IT services background ideal)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and endpoint management
• Experience with Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, Defender, and PowerShell scripting
• Solid understanding of security, compliance, and collaboration best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Certifications such as MS-102, MD-102, or equivalent highly desirable
