On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for a Business / Systems Analyst - LexisNexis Bridger Insight, based in London on a 6mth Day Rate Contract. Please note this is a hybrid working model.

Job Description - The Role

We are seeking a skilled Business / Systems Analyst with hands-on experience working with the LexisNexis Bridger Insights platform. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure the effective configuration, enhancement, and ongoing optimisation of Bridger for sanctions screening, PEP, and broader financial crime prevention processes.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial crime compliance frameworks, business process analysis, and system configuration, as well as the ability to translate regulatory requirements into functional and technical specifications.

What you'll do:

• Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements leveraging Bridger capabilities.
• Translate regulatory, operational, and business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and maintain LexisNexis Bridger settings, rules, and workflows to support screening requirements.
• Support data mapping, cleansing, and enrichment activities to optimise screening results and reduce false positives.
• Validate Bridger configuration changes against business and compliance requirements.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for system enhancements.
• Support periodic model tuning, watchlist updates, and system optimisation initiatives.
• Contribute to compliance audits, regulatory reviews, and internal risk assessments.
• Monitor financial crime regulatory developments and recommend system updates as needed.

The skills you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Functional Consultant in the financial services sector.
• Hands-on experience with LexisNexis Bridger Insights platform (configuration, rule tuning, workflows, and integrations).
• Strong knowledge of sanctions screening, PEP and financial crime compliance frameworks.
• Experience working with integration technologies (APIs, batch file processing, data feeds).
• Strong documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
