We're always responsible for scaling innovative, socially beneficial technology businesses, emphasizing the protection of creators' intellectual property and advancements in AI within the arts.

We are seeking a sharp, versatile Chief of Staff or Operations Manager to collaborate closely with co-founders Manon Dave and Ben Charlton. In this position, you will engage with the core operations of Middle8, while participating in pioneering projects in technology, AI, and creative sectors. You will have the exciting opportunity to work on initiatives alongside globally recognized brands, artists, and innovators.

You're going to do a lot of different things, expect to be challenged, to learn and to grow. You'll manage legal matters, including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and coordination with external counsel. You'll oversee most financial operations such as budgeting, reporting, invoicing, and interactions with advisors and even support product development, innovation, and scaling efforts in AI and technology.

We need you to be a great communicator, smart, and innovative, hard working and trustworthy. Enthusiasm for tech and the arts are a big plus too.
