Regional Sales Manager – Europe | High-Growth Tech / SaaS (Space Sector Exposure)

We’re looking for a high-performing New Business Sales Manager to lead expansion across Europe for a cutting-edge SaaS / space-enabled technology business operating at the forefront of innovation. This is a pure hunter role - 100% focused on winning new customers, opening markets, and building long-term commercial relationships from the ground up.

The Opportunity

This is not a maintenance account role - it’s about creating opportunity where none exists yet. You’ll be identifying prospects, opening doors at senior level, and converting complex technical solutions into compelling commercial wins.

You’ll operate across European markets and high-value technical sectors, engaging directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in highly competitive environments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Driving new customer acquisition across Europe
  • Identifying, qualifying, and converting high-value prospects
  • Leading the full sales cycle from first contact through to contract close
  • Building and owning strategic account development plans
  • Representing the business at industry events and client meetings
  • Producing accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Maintaining strong CRM discipline and market intelligence
  • Understanding competitor activity and shaping winning positioning
  • Maximising commercial value through strong negotiation and pricing discipline

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales (ideally technical / space / defence / complex software environments)
  • A proven new business hunter with a track record of winning deals from scratch
  • Strong commercial instinct and ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated, structured, and results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, technical, evolving product environments
  • Strong CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce) and disciplined pipeline management
  • Willingness to travel across Europe when required
