Here at MKJ Ignite, we’re delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing Health, Wellness & Nutrition brands in the UK. They exploded onto the scene when they launched and have grown extremely fast ever since so it’s a fantastic time to join.

As a result of continued growth, they’re now looking to hire a new Digital Product Executive.

Key Responsibilities

⭐️ Conversion Rate & Offer Testing (CRO):

• Hypothesise, plan, and execute conversion rate, offer, and retention tests.
• Use a mix of past performance data and intuition to identify opportunities to impact CAC and retention.
• Evaluate outcomes and iterate quickly to improve results.

⭐️ Data Analysis & Insights:

• Collaborate with analysts to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor key KPIs, including conversion rate, AOV, LTV, ROAS, and CAC, to inform product and marketing decisions.

⭐️ Day-to-Day Site Management:

• Oversee Shopify/subscription operations and ensure smooth site functionality.
• Conduct regular audits to improve site speed, usability, and mobile optimisation.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

⭐️1–3 years experience in eCommerce, digital product management, or CRO-focused roles .

⭐️Experience managing Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.

⭐️Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.

⭐️Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

⭐️Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

⭐️Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and site optimisation techniques.
