3rd Line Support Engineer / SME - Microsoft 365 - E5 Products.

3rd Line Support Engineer / SME - providing support and acting as tech support lead for production servers, operating system, cloud environments, Microsoft 365 E5 Products, Office 365 collaboration applications, SAAS applications, network, backups and internet security infrastructure while ensuring high levels of systems availability.

  1. Security Compliance configuration and monitoring, including managing data protection requests.
  2. Installation of software and hardware.
  3. Maintaining and patching of the local M365 / SCCM / InTune / AD / Azure environments.
  4. Provide in-depth analysis of report and escalation issues.
  5. Actively support the IT Platform Manager in the implementation of customer focused, efficient and effective end user support administration to fully support ICT provision across internal service areas and external providers.
  6. Provide timely, consistent and quality administrative support for service users across the range of services, including Office 365, Azure, SCCM, InTunes, SharePoint, Teams, PowerShell scripting
  7. Provide system administration of other corporate systems and associated processes including licence administration.
  8. Make recommendations on best practices for Microsoft technologies.
  9. Help manage changes in Microsoft 365/Azure, including developing and delivering training to staff.

Local Government.

Inside IR35: £500pd gross umbrella rate (£435 per day PAYE). There may be some flexibility for a string candidate.
