MLC Partners is delighted to be supporting a well-regarded charitable organisation in the search for a Fundraising & Volunteer Database Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-led organisation in a role that sits at the heart of fundraising team.

This position will take ownership of the fundraising database, leading on data quality, reporting, integrations, and system development. Working closely with fundraising, finance, volunteer management and data insight teams, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate donor data, streamline processes and effective reporting that supports income generation and engagement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of the fundraising CRM Raiser's Edge NXT
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, integrity and compliance including Gift Aid, donor records and supporter consents
  • Oversee database integrations with finance systems, websites, donation platforms and other income streams
  • Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting and segmentation to support fundraising, finance and marketing activity
  • Drive process improvement, automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency across teams
  • Support month-end processes and reconciliation of fundraising income with finance systems
  • Provide training and ongoing support to internal users, including staff and volunteers
  • Lead on database-related projects and drive development of supporter journey improvements

To be successful, you will have:

  • Proven experience working in a fundraising database / CRM management role within the charity or not-for-profit sector
  • Strong hands-on experience with Raiser's Edge NXT
  • Strong reporting and data analysis capability including advanced Excel
  • Experience managing data imports, data cleansing, integrations and data integrity processes
  • Confidence working across multiple stakeholders, including fundraising, finance and operational teams
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Experience with SQL, SSRS, SSIS or tools such as ImportOmatic would be advantageous but is not essential.

This role offers hybrid working, with offices based in Hampton and would suit someone who enjoys combining technical database expertise with meaningful work in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
