Key requirements;

• Self-starter and a good troubleshooter.
• Experience of a similar role in a local authority
• VBA is essential, along with experience on reporting packages like Business Objects, Crystal reports, or similar and good experience with finance systems
• Understanding/exposure to Civica & iTrent Payroll
