The Council is seeking an experienced Lead Officer – Housing ICT to support work across CX Asset Management on a part-time interim basis.
This role will focus on supporting the use, development and improvement of CX Asset Management across housing asset data, planned works, compliance reporting, integrations and related systems. The successful candidate will work with housing, ICT, asset management and external partners to ensure the system is fit for purpose, data is accurate, and reporting supports effective decision-making.
This is a fully remote role, with occasional on-site presence required depending on business needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the use and development of CX Asset Management.
- Working with housing asset data, including datasheets, stock condition data, SAVA energy performance certificates and mobile asset management.
- Supporting areas including planned works, completed works, planned maintenance and equipment records.
- Helping ensure asset data supports compliance, forecasting and effective housing asset planning.
- Producing and improving reports using SSRS, SQL and Power BI.
- Supporting integrations and interfaces across housing systems.
- Working with TotalMobile Cloud Dialogues API, Azure Storage Explorer and SharePoint EDM where required.
- Liaising with internal teams, contractors and external suppliers to resolve system, data and reporting issues.
- Supporting understanding of contracts, contractors and how these interact with asset management processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience with CX Asset Management.
- Good understanding of housing asset management, stock condition data and planned maintenance.
- Knowledge of Decent Homes requirements.
- Strong SQL skills, ideally intermediate to advanced level.
- Experience with SSRS and Power BI reporting.
- Understanding of system integrations and interfaces.
- Knowledge of TotalMobile Cloud Dialogues API, Azure Storage Explorer and SharePoint EDM would be highly beneficial.
- Experience working with contractors, contracts and housing asset management teams.
- Local government or social housing experience would be strongly preferred.
This role would suit a housing systems, asset data or ICT professional with strong technical reporting skills and hands-on experience supporting CX Asset Management in a housing environment.
