Solution Architect (ERP / D365 F&O) - SC Security Cleared

ERP Solution Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) - shaping architecture, integrations, and execution across a large multi-supplier programme. You’ll bridge business and IT, run workshops, lead requirements, and steer iterative delivery (Scrum/Agile) from discovery through go-live and adoption.

  • Own the ERP solution architecture and the integration strategy with external systems (end-to-end).
  • Plan and govern delivery: roadmaps, budgets, schedules, RAID, and quality assurance with Agile ways of working.
  • Lead requirements & analysis: business process mapping, traceability, acceptance criteria, and fit-gap.
  • Facilitate workshops and keep stakeholders aligned; communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Coach delivery teams and provide end-user/technical training; produce structured design and run-book documentation.
  • Drive change & adoption: cutover planning, hypercare, KPIs/benefits tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on ERP trends, methodologies, and Microsoft Dynamics advancements; implement best practices.
  • Perform other related duties to ensure successful outcomes.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 3+ years post-grad experience; or 10+ years directly relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • 7+ years leading large-scale ERP implementations, aligning solutions to business goals, regulations, and industry standards—incl. planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and QA.
  • Strong delivery with Agile/Scrum/SAFe (iterative delivery, ceremonies, backlog/roadmap ownership).
  • Working knowledge of ERP governance, data privacy, and compliance relevant to finance and operations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or similar enterprise ERP).
  • Proven coordination of cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors, partners).
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder skills; track record facilitating workshops and driving consensus.
  • Experience in change management & adoption, requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating needs into actionable designs.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint).
