Test Lead to oversee testing activities for a finance systems project, focused on the implementation and integration of the Unit4 Financials system. The role involves coordinating test planning, execution, and defect management across system, integration, and user acceptance phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the overall test strategy, plans, and schedules for Unit4 Financials system delivery.
• Coordinate test execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Work closely with finance, IT, and project teams to validate system functionality and data accuracy.
• Lead defect triage, reporting, and resolution tracking.
• Support UAT preparation and provide guidance to business testers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Test Lead on finance systems projects (Unit4 Financials - CODA experience essential).
• Strong understanding of financial processes and data integrity testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools and structured methodologies.
