The Mission

MNRecruit is partnering with Samudra Oceans, an ocean technology startup building next-generation systems used by ports, offshore wind operators, and maritime infrastructure companies.

Their technology is already being deployed in the real world.

Demand is accelerating.

Now they need someone to build the commercial engine.

The Role

This is a true startup sales role.

You will:

  • Build the sales pipeline from scratch
  • Run the full sales cycle
  • Close deals with ports, offshore wind developers, and marine operators
  • Help define go-to-market strategy
  • Work directly with the CEO and CSO

There is no corporate structure here.

Just a small team moving fast.

The company operates with a Silicon Valley-style culture:

The team runs on modern tools like Notion, Slack and ChatGPT to move faster than traditional players in the marine sector.

You Might Be a Fit If

  • You have 2–5 years of B2B sales experience
  • You’ve closed deals, not just generated leads
  • You’re comfortable selling technical products
  • You thrive in early-stage environments
  • You prefer building things to maintaining them

Experience in maritime, offshore wind, environmental services, or energy is helpful but not essential.
