They specialise in delivery assurance for customers implementing Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Applications in the cloud and on-premises.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud Procurement Lead to join the team. You will play a key role within the delivery assurance team supporting a major client implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM and EPM.

You will be part of the Enterprise Solutions Practice team, taking a key role in ERP solution teams in the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP and particularly Procurement solutions. We are looking for someone who gets and understands Procurement solutions. You will lead the Procurement solution definition and delivery in collaboration with other Senior Oracle Finance and HCM Leads. Working closely with client stakeholders and delivery partners, acting as a trusted advisor, you will support informed decision-making by identifying dependencies, risks, and design considerations, and ensuring solutions are well governed and fit for both current and future business needs.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an analytical and performance-focused individual to join this team.

The role involves:

  • Engage in the detail of Procurement solutions using your experience as a Procurement, Inventory and Order Management specialist implementation consultant to both lead teams and deliver specialist activity where needed.
  • Responsibility for all functional aspects of Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory, Order Management and WMS implementations, and engage in technical discussions to support the project technical teams where needed
  • Work collaboratively with the Enterprise Solutions Practice team in defining solutions and with Project Managers, Solutions Architects and implementation consultants in the delivery of customer projects.
  • Use your knowledge of Oracle Procurement, Inventory, Order Management and WMS Cloud functionality to design client solutions, and to review with client stakeholders the appropriateness of those solutions.
  • Ability to build an internal and external brand as an established leader for Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions

Experience

  • Over 15 years of experience as an Oracle Procurement implementation lead consultant, with strong experience both in terms of solution design and hands on functional delivery.
  • Over 10 years’ experience in similar Consulting/Project roles, covering both successful project delivery and related practice development activity.
  • Wider Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM experience, with Certification and project implementation experience in multiple Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM modules, including Oracle certification in Cloud Procurement
  • Experience of building lasting relationships with Senior Solution stakeholders.
  • Highly personable and able to build relationships and rapport with clients and other key stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems to product specialists, developers and key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • An attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of service delivery.

You must be UK based for this role, ideally in London, and as you'll be working with Government clients you need to be a resident in the UK for over 5 years.
