As a growing company, they are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join their team as a Digital Marketing Apprentice.

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of digital marketing within the telecommunications industry. This apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on experience and comprehensive training in various aspects of digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, SEO, and campaign analysis.

Key duties will include:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals
• Assist in the creation of engaging and informative content for digital channels, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns
• Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Work closely with the team to enhance their online visibility through effective SEO strategies
• Engage with the online community, respond to customer inquiries, and foster positive relationships on social media platforms
• Contribute to the planning and execution of community-based marketing initiatives to strengthen MTH Networks' presence in residential areas
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials for both residential and business services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and customer communication
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative ideas for marketing campaigns
• Support the integration of the company's commitment to environmental sustainability into digital marketing efforts
• The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in Digital Marketing, strong communication skills both written and verbal, be able to work in a team environment, work under pressure, have basic knowledge of social media platforms and have at least a 4/C or above in Maths and English
