Business Administration Apprentice
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our small, friendly, family-run business based in Blisworth, Northamptonshire. Join a national IT solutions provider with over 20 years’ experience in the industry and be part of our ongoing development and growth strategy.
Role
- Process customer sales orders and raise PO’s to suppliers.
- Assist with quotes and visuals as necessary.
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email.
- Data input into CRM.
- Create part numbers and check pricing.
- Generate and send out invoices.
- Maintain up to date billing system.
- Assist with Social Media posts on LinkedIn.
- Assist in creating & producing regular offers throughout the year.
- To assist the Sales, Admin and Technical teams with general administration.
- Other duties that support the requirements of the wider business.
Training
- Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard.
- How and where training will be delivered is to be confirmed.
- An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence.
- Potential for full time employment on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
