Inside Sales Executive – Oxfordshire

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join a growing EMEA sales team in a role that offers genuine career progression, international exposure, and the chance to work with innovative technology solutions across multiple sectors.

You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, building customer relationships, supporting strategic sales activity, and helping drive growth across commercial, academic, government, and home markets.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building and developing relationships with customers across EMEA territories
  • Managing inbound leads and proactive outreach campaigns
  • Supporting the sales pipeline from enquiry through to close
  • Preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
  • Using CRM systems to track activity, opportunities, and customer engagement
  • Researching prospective clients and identifying new business opportunities
  • Supporting marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and customer initiatives
  • Working closely with internal sales and marketing teams to achieve growth targets
  • Monitoring tenders, market activity, and social media for potential opportunities
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or sales support role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and target-driven mindset
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Commercial awareness and a willingness to learn
  • A positive, adaptable, and team-focused attitude

A degree in a technical or quantitative subject such as Maths, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar would be advantageous, though not essential.
