MRD Recruitment is delighted to be working on behalf of a leading manufacturing business to recruit an Epicor Support Analyst.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Epicor ERP support experience to join a growing business where you'll play a key role supporting users, improving reporting capability, and driving continuous improvement across the ERP system.

You'll act as the first point of contact for Epicor-related queries across the business while also supporting reporting, data integrity, and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for Epicor ERP users across production, planning, procurement, warehouse, quality, finance, and customer service teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Epicor-related issues, escalating where required
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, BAQs, SSRS reports, and data extracts
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across operational and manufacturing processes
  • Assist with Epicor master data management and data governance
  • Support testing, user acceptance activities, and system updates
  • Produce and maintain user guides, SOPs, and support documentation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting and process requirements
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience supporting Epicor ERP / Epicor Kinetic within a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Experience with Epicor reporting tools including BAQs, Dashboards, SSRS or Report Builder
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicating with users across multiple departments
  • Good Excel and reporting/data analysis capability
  • Strong documentation and organisational skills
Desirable Experience
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes including planning, inventory, purchasing, and shop floor reporting
  • Experience with EDD/EDA reporting tools
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support environments
