We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Sleaford office.

MRI Software are looking for a customer-focused individual with 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role. The opportunity is within our Client Support team based in our Sleaford office, supporting clients with their day-to-day use of the Qube PM software.

As a Client Support Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving client queries by analysing software issues and recommending solutions. The team assists clients via telephone and our online system. The successful candidate will need to listen and empathise with our clients, using troubleshooting skills, a technical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and creativity to deliver a consistent, professional experience. In-depth training on our Qube PM software and infrastructure will be provided.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyse complex software issues, engage with our impressive client base, and provide an exceptional customer experience every day. You will be a key point of contact for a broad variety of clients from financial and property management institutions, assisting with a wide range of questions and technical issues.

You may occasionally be required to attend client events within the UK (e.g., in London or Manchester, typically 2-4 times a year), as well as occasional visits to client offices to assist users with specific areas of system functionality. (All travel will be covered by MRI Software.)Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role (2-3 years)
  • Good interpersonal skills - patience is essential
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • A problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Professional image and appearance
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
