📍 London or Manchester (2 days per week in office)

💰 £85,000 + 15–25% bonus

We’re partnering with a high-growth, data-driven organisation looking to hire an Analytics & Insight Manager to sit at the heart of commercial decision-making.

This is a genuinely impactful role where you’ll own key analytical domains and work closely with senior stakeholders across trading, marketing, product, and finance to drive measurable business outcomes.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence performance. This isn’t just reporting, it’s about shaping decisions, identifying opportunities, and driving real commercial impact.

You’ll also take ownership of projects end-to-end, while mentoring junior analysts and helping build a strong, insight-led culture across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning key business areas (trading, marketing, customer, pricing) and delivering actionable insights
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making
• Translating data into clear commercial recommendations
• Proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Leading analytical projects from scoping through to delivery and impact tracking
• Supporting and mentoring junior analysts
• Working closely with data and BI teams to improve dashboards and self-serve capabilities

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years in Commercial Analytics, BI, or a similar data-driven role
• Strong SQL skills (essential), with Python or R as a bonus
• Experience building dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive business impact
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data
• Experience working in fast-paced, commercially focused environments
