Contract Business Analyst – Operational Change

£450 per day | Inside IR35

Initial 3-month contract

Remote-first with occasional travel to Yorkshire (approx. once every two weeks)

We’re supporting a well-established organisation that partners with leading brands across the retail space. They are seeking a Business Analyst with strong operational change experience to support a number of ongoing initiatives focused on improving processes and driving business efficiency.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams to help shape and deliver meaningful improvements to how the organisation operates.

Key Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to capture and clarify business requirements for change initiatives

Analyse and document existing processes, helping define improved future workflows

Support the delivery of change-focused projects, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated to delivery teams

Run workshops and collaborative sessions to gather insights and align stakeholders

Assist with the implementation and adoption of new processes and improvements

Skills & Experience

Previous experience working as a Business Analyst on change or process improvement projects

Strong ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the business

Confident facilitating discussions and translating business needs into clear documentation

Experience with process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Familiar working in Agile or iterative delivery environments

Experience within retail or customer-focused sectors would be advantageous
