💰 £80,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're working with a leading technology-driven business that's investing heavily in its platforms, products and engineering teams. They're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a talented software engineering function, driving delivery, technical excellence and team development.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading, mentoring and developing engineers, Tech Leads and QA professionals
• Creating a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture
• Driving Agile delivery and continuous improvement
• Working closely with Product and stakeholders to deliver business value
• Championing engineering best practices across quality, testing, CI/CD and observability
• Supporting technical strategy, architecture and long-term scalability

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices and Agile delivery
• A people-first leader with excellent coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Metrics-driven approach to delivery and performance
• Experience influencing technical direction and driving change

Nice to have:

• Exposure to AI tools within the software development lifecycle
