What you'll do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers, creating an environment where autonomy, quality, and learning thrive.
- Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices, ensuring smooth, reliable, and secure delivery pipelines.
- Drive technical direction across distributed systems built on AWS, balancing innovation with real-world delivery.
- Partner with Product and Design to align tech decisions with business impact, bringing empathy, pragmatism, and curiosity to every discussion.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement, from observability and resilience to team rituals and engineering craft.
- Coach engineers to grow, empowering them to make technical decisions, own outcomes, and share accountability.

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who loves building high-performing teams, shipping great products, and balancing technical depth with business impact.
- You're an engineering leader first and foremost: you build trust, clarity, and energy in your teams.
- You understand that progress beats perfection, you can blend strong technical instincts with a pragmatic sense of value.
- You're fluent in modern software delivery: CI/CD, automation, DevOps, cloud (AWS), and observability.
- You know how to partner with stakeholders, not just align on priorities, but co-create solutions that deliver for customers and the business.
- You have a track record of turning good teams into great ones through coaching, feedback, and autonomy.
