We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to join this new chapter. This isn't a \"maintenance\" role, this is about building new things from scratch, integrating cutting-edge AI, and teaching the organization what \"doing product properly\" looks like.

What will your role involve?

• Zero-to-One Delivery: Lead the discovery, prototyping, and launch of brand-new products, specifically leveraging AI innovations to solve long-standing customer pain points.
• Onboarding Transformation: Own the strategy for our global client onboarding platform—removing friction, driving time-to-value, and creating a \"gold standard\" first impression for our users.
• Drive Product Culture: Act as an evangelist for modern product management. You will help establish the ways of working (discovery, hypothesis-led development, data-informed decision making) that will define our new product-led era.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering, design, and sales to move away from \"feature factory\" thinking and toward outcome-driven roadmaps.
• Global Impact: Ensure our products resonate across a diverse, international client base while maintaining a unified, scalable product vision.

The experience we're looking for to be successul in the role:
