Project Manager

HR System Project Manager | 4–6 Month Contract | £500–£525/day | Inside IR35 | Fully Remote / Yorkshire (UK only)

We need a hands-on PM to take our new HR system (HCM) across the finish line. This is a short, high-impact contract where your experience will make a real difference—if you specialise in HR/HCM projects and thrive on delivery, this is for you.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of the HR system implementation
• Manage suppliers and keep them on track
• Work closely with developers, product, and technical teams
• Drive plans, priorities, and timelines, removing blockers as they arise
• Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth releases into live environments

• Proven experience delivering HR/HCM or tech projects
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable speaking the language of technical teams
• Structured, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Quick to take ownership and get stuck in
