We’re now hiring a Delivery Consultant to help us deliver best-in-class candidates across permanent and contract technology roles for a number of our clients.
The Role
This is a key delivery focused position. You won’t be expected to win business, this is about delivery excellence, where you’ll work alongside experienced consultants to:
- Deliver high-quality shortlists for permanent and contract roles
- Build deep talent pools across Software Engineering and Product Management
- Proactively headhunt and map markets
- Own the candidate experience end-to-end through the full process
- Manage multiple roles at once with pace and quality
- Build long-term candidate relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in tech recruitment delivery
- Strong experience recruiting into Software Engineering and/or Product roles
- Experience working permanent and/or contract markets
- Exposure to ecommerce, retail, logistics or digital brands
- High standards around candidate quality and process
- Experience working retained or senior-level roles advantageous
- Strong headhunting capability
