We are a major logistics operation looking for our next Senior Automation Developer to help us transition from localised task-automation into an enterprise-grade, intelligent automation engine.

Logistics is a data-heavy, fast-moving industry where every saved second keeps the world moving. In this role, you won’t just be building bots—you’ll be engineering the digital backbone of our supply chain.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design & Architecture: End-to-end design of scalable, resilient automations integrating core logistics platforms (WMS, TMS, ERPs) with intelligent automation tools.
• Lead Development: Build, test, and deploy complex solutions while ensuring high-quality, reusable code and clean documentation.
• Strategy & Discovery: Partner with operational leaders across warehousing, supply chain, and finance to identify high-value automation opportunities and assess technical feasibility.
• Mentor & Scale: Help establish our automation Center of Excellence (CoE), setting development standards, code reviews, and framework architectures.

What we are looking for:

• The Expert Toolkit: Proven experience architecting and delivering production-ready solutions using at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) or Power Platform.
• Beyond the UI: Strong understanding of API integrations, database structures (SQL), and standard programming practices (e.g., .NET, C#, or Python) to handle complex data logic.
• The Problem Solver: Experience handling asynchronous processes, structured/unstructured data manipulation, and building robust exception-handling frameworks.
• The Communicator: Ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear business value for stakeholders. (Bonus points if you have experience working within logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce environments!)
