Senior Python Engineer | Cloud | MedTech | AI | London Hybrid

I’m working with a pioneering health-tech company that’s applying AI and machine learning to crack some tough problems in medical imaging, think better diagnoses, faster treatments, real-world impact.

Right now, they’re building out their engineering team with someone who knows Python inside out and enjoys working on cloud-based, data-heavy applications. There’s a definite back-end focus, but if you like working across the stack and want to get stuck into scalable microservices, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and containers (Kubernetes), you’ll be in your element.

A few things that would help you hit the ground running:

• Strong Python skills and a firm background I the area that you’re able to expand upon and lead if necessary
• Comfortable designing and building cloud-native systems (AWS is their main function)
• Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
• Exposure to complex data or ML/AI tools is great to have, though, but they care more about attitude and problem-solving skills than a perfect CV.
