This is a senior analytical role for someone who loves marketing performance, customer behaviour, and using data to influence real commercial decisions — not just produce reports.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Customer , helping teams understand what’s really happening across the customer journey and how to improve it.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analysing customer journeys across web, app, and product to uncover growth opportunities.
- Supporting campaign planning, targeting, and optimisation through insight.
- Designing and evaluating A/B tests and experiments to drive continuous improvement.
- Building clear, decision-ready dashboards in Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
- Using SQL and Excel to pull together data from multiple sources.
- Providing forecasting and performance insight for commercial planning.
- Partnering closely with marketing stakeholders as a trusted analytics voice.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, digital, or growth analytics .
- Strong in data analysis and insight generation (not just reporting).
- Comfortable working with SQL to explore and combine datasets (you don’t need to be a data engineer).
- Experience with GA4, Firebase, or similar analytics platforms .
- Confident running and interpreting tests and experiments .
- Strong Excel and a natural ability to tell stories with data .
- Collaborative, curious, and commercially minded.
