We’re looking for a heavyweight Senior Business Consultant to help some of the world’s most recognisable retail and fashion brands navigate that complexity — and lead enterprise-scale transformation from strategy through to measurable commercial impact.

This is not a traditional consulting role.

You’ll work alongside one of the industry’s most respected Retail Fashion Partners, influencing board-level thinking, shaping market-leading transformation programmes, and helping define the future of omnichannel retail, merchandising, supply chain and customer experience.

🔹 What you’ll be doing:

• Leading large-scale retail transformation programmes across digital, merchandising, supply chain, store operations and commercial strategy

• Advising CEOs, COOs, CTOs, Chief Merchants and executive boards on high-stakes strategic decisions

• Architecting transformation roadmaps linked directly to P&L performance, inventory optimisation, customer outcomes and operational efficiency

• Embedding AI and intelligent decisioning into merchandising, planning and supply chain operations

• Building long-term strategic client relationships and helping shape the future direction of the Retail Fashion practice

• Operating as a trusted senior leader with genuine Partner-level exposure and influence

✔ Deep fashion retail expertise across merchandising, omnichannel and supply chain

✔ A strong consulting and transformation background

✔ Experience leading complex enterprise programmes with C-suite visibility

✔ Gravitas, commercial acumen and the ability to lead through ambiguity

✔ A track record of delivering measurable business outcomes — margin growth, stock optimisation, operational efficiency and customer engagement improvements

✔ Confidence operating at executive and board level
