Job Title: Cisco UCC Engineer

Contract: 12 Months

Location: London (Occassional travel to office required)

A leading global telecommunications company is seeking a Cisco UCC Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance our enterprise Unified Communications environment. This role will focus on delivering reliable voice and collaboration services across a large-scale, international infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Cisco Unified Communications platforms, including CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway, and CUBE.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize VoIP, SIP, and PSTN connectivity.
• Perform upgrades, migrations, and system maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve complex voice and collaboration issues.
• Work closely with network, security, and operations teams to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Cisco Unified Communications technologies (CUCM, Unity, Expressway, CUBE).
• Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and voice gateway technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise voice environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Cisco Collaboration certifications (CCNA/CCNP Collaboration) are advantageous.
