Program Manager – Oracle to SAP S/4HANA & Coupa Transformation
The Program Manager will lead a large-scale enterprise transformation, migrating from legacy Oracle platforms to SAP S/4HANA with Coupa as the strategic Source-to-Pay solution. This role is accountable for end-to-end program delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and performance oversight of the Systems Integrator (SI) and other delivery partners.
The Program Manager ensures business outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards, while minimizing risk and driving organisational change (expected to be on site 3-4 days each week in London.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Governance
- Own overall program delivery for the Oracle to SAP S/4HANA and Coupa transformation
- Establish and manage program governance, reporting, and decision-making forums for S/4HANA ecosystem.
- Define program scope, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
- Manage program budget, benefits realization, and risk management
Systems Integrator (SI) Management
- Act as the primary client-side lead for the Systems Integrator
- Hold SI accountable for delivery, quality, timelines, and contractual obligations
- Review and approve SI plans, designs, estimates, and deliverables
- Manage change requests, commercial impacts, and performance KPIs
SAP S/4HANA & Coupa Delivery Oversight
- Oversee design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Supply Chain, or other relevant modules)
- Ensure effective integration between SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, and remaining enterprise systems
- Guide data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities
- Ensure solution aligns with business processes, compliance, and future-state architecture
Stakeholder & Business Engagement
- Partner with senior business leaders, IT, finance, procurement, and operations
- Translate business strategy into executable program outcomes
- Manage executive communications, status reporting, and escalations
- Drive alignment across global teams and geographies
Change, Risk & Quality Management
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively
- Ensure strong change management, training, and adoption planning
- Enforce quality standards across design, build, test, and deployment
- Support audit, security, and regulatory compliance requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise program or transformation management
- Proven leadership of Oracle to SAP S/4HANA FICO, PM , HCM, MM, etc or similar ERP transformation programs
- Experience with Coupa Source-to-Pay (or others, Ariba, etc)
- Strong background managing large Systems Integrators in complex environments
- Experience working in matrixed, global organizations
Technical & Domain Knowledge
- SAP S/4HANA architecture and implementation lifecycle
- Coupa (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Supplier Management)
- ERP integration, data migration, and legacy system decommissioning
- Finance and procurement business processes
Leadership & Delivery Skills
- Executive-level stakeholder management and communication
- Strong commercial, vendor, and contract management capability
- Risk, dependency, and issue management at program scale
- Ability to drive outcomes in high-pressure, high-visibility environments
Desirable Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA or Coupa certification
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification
- Background in finance or procurement transformation
