Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant (D365 CE Sales and Marketing, Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Customer Engagement) – Shape the future of a $5bn global digital transformation
A Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant (D365 CE Sales and Marketing, Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Customer Engagement) is required by a rapidly growing global organisation targeting $5bn revenue by 2030 (currently at $2bn), with technology transformation at the heart of its strategy. Backed by a newly appointed CIO driving global innovation, and a culture that thrives on international collaboration across the UK, EMEA, North America, and Australia – this is a genuinely global opportunity.
Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant: you will need the following experience:
- At least 1 year of leadership or team lead experience, ideally within business applications or CRM.
- Background in global organisations (£200m+ turnover), preferably operating in a shared services model.
- Deep functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE Sales and Marketing – hands-on design, architecture, and process alignment.
- Experience shaping business processes through technology – functional leadership, not just technical delivery.
- Strong familiarity with varied international sales processes (e.g. UK vs North America) and user bases of 300+.
Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant: this is an opportunity to take full ownership of the Dynamics 365 CE Sales and Marketing roadmap globally. You'll step into a high-impact functional leadership role, with direct access to decision-makers, and the autonomy to drive system improvements that will shape how the global sales and marketing teams operate. Full access to any system or training platform you need – with clear progression to build and manage your own team within 6 months.
Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant: day-to-day, you'll lead all functional aspects of Dynamics 365 CE Sales and Marketing, working closely with sales and marketing teams in the UK, then rolling out globally. You'll gather requirements, harmonise regional business processes across EMEA and North America, and work closely with a delivery team who will handle technical execution. The role sits in a 25-person IT function with heavy North American stakeholder alignment and reports directly to the CIO (initially), with opportunities to scale your team as the business grows.
Why you should apply:
- Newly appointed CIO focused on digital innovation and business transformation.
- High-growth company with plans to double revenue in under 5 years.
- Autonomy and backing to lead strategic change across global teams.
- Clear path to team leadership within 6 months.
- Full investment in your training and development – access to any system or course you need.
