SharePoint Migration Engineer (SharePoint, eDRM, Document Management, Metadata Mapping, Migration Tooling) - Tackle complex SharePoint migrations across healthcare, education, and housing sectors

A SharePoint Migration Engineer (SharePoint, eDRM, Document Management, Metadata Mapping, Migration Tooling) is required by a specialist consultancy delivering large-scale, high-impact migrations. South Coast location preferred, but remote working is available. This is a hands-on role focused on enterprise-scale eDRM and document management migrations.

You must have:

• SharePoint implementation or migration experience, ideally in a consultancy or partner setting
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Team Sites, Document Libraries, and List View Thresholds
• Experience with SharePoint migration tooling, metadata mapping, and building bespoke migration frameworks
• Solid understanding of eDRM and document management principles
• Confident engaging directly with clients and owning delivery from end to end

This is a delivery-focused role for SharePoint and Document Management migrations. You'll be trusted to take ownership, work independently, and solve real-world document management problems. The team meets quarterly, but day-to-day is flexible and remote.

Your day-to-day will include:
Configuring and testing custom migration tools. Working with internal IT teams and external stakeholders. Running test migrations and iterating with development. Building migration logic and frameworks. Executing large-scale document migrations (9TB+), with full responsibility for structure, integrity, and delivery.
