Data & Insight Analyst - FTC 6mths

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact project as a Data & Insight Analyst, contributing in a project capacity for an initial six-month period. You’ll take ownership of reporting and insight that shapes operational and commercial decisions at the heart of a dynamic, data-led business.

You’ll play a key role in creating meaningful metrics and visualisations that highlight performance, uncover opportunities, and flag risks—driving conversations that influence real outcomes. If you're passionate about using data to challenge assumptions and support smarter decisions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deliver meaningful reporting metrics and visualisations that highlight:Operational and commercial performance Gaps, opportunities, and risks
• Provide proactive, real-time data insights to support effective decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and actionability
• Challenge assumptions and drive value through data-led conversations

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in a data and insight-focused role
• Strong proficiency in SQL & Excel
• Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
• Strong mathematical background and analytical thinking
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate clearly
• Confident in turning complex data into simple, actionable insight

• On-site requirement: 2–3 days per week in the Nottingham office (regional hire required)
• Fixed-term salaried contract (6 months)
