Graduate IT Analyst
This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start their career in IT. You will gain hands-on experience supporting and developing IT infrastructure while also contributing to data analytics and reporting within the business.
Working as part of a collaborative IT team, you’ll build a broad understanding of systems, networks, and business processes, while developing your technical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the IT team in maintaining and improving IT infrastructure and systems
- Assist with IT support queries via the helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Help monitor system performance and escalate issues where necessary
- Contribute to IT projects and system improvements
- Support the implementation and use of data analytics tools and reporting
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to understand and support their IT needs
- Assist in maintaining IT security standards and following company policies
- Liaise with external suppliers and support partners where required
- Keep accurate records of support requests and updates
- Take part in training and development to build technical knowledge
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused working environment
Essential:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Studies, or a related field
- Strong interest in IT infrastructure, systems, and data analytics
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Desirable:
- Basic understanding of networks, hardware, or IT systems
- Awareness of technologies such as cloud systems or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Any internship, placement, or project experience in IT

- Location: Redditch (on-site, full-time)
- Occasional travel to other company sites is required – a full UK driving licence is essential
