Senior Digital & Channel Marketing Specialist (6-Month FTC)

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior Digital & Channel Marketing Specialist to work in our partner’s UK & Ireland marketing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract in their Maidenhead office, you will support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital and channel marketing initiatives across B2B2C, B2B and B2C audiences.
This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads and supporting our distributor and installer ecosystem through effective digital campaigns and partner marketing programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising & Lead Generation
- Plan, launch, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and YouTube
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives and performance optimisation to deliver qualified leads and awareness
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, including conversions and ROI
- Support lead handling and tracking, working with internal teams and partners to ensure effective follow-up and conversion
- Support CRM processes, including lead tracking, data management and performance reporting
Digital Campaigns, Content & Community
- Support the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Develop and amplify Ambassador, installer and KOL content to enhance brand awareness and credibility
- Assist in managing the social media content calendar and support community engagement across our partner’s social channels
Channel Marketing & Partner Support
- Support distributors and resellers with marketing campaigns, materials and digital activation
- Assist with partner marketing initiatives, promotions and marketing programmes
- Support the coordination and administration of partner platforms and marketing tools
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns (Meta and Google Ads essential)
- Proven ability to independently manage and optimise live campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel to analyse, handle and report performance data
- Experience supporting lead generation campaigns and lead management processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking and reporting (Hubspot / ZOHO CRM)
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter with strong ownership and willingness to learn
Desirable:
- Experience in B2B, channel or technology marketing
- Experience working with distributors, resellers or partner networks
- Experience and good network with influencer, ambassador or KOL content
