What Youll Do
As our Lead Analytics Engineer, youll be at the forefront of our data transformation. Youll:
- Architect and deliver high-impact analytics solutions usingPower BIandAzure Analysis Services
- Lead and mentor a talented team of analytics professionals
- Introducemachine learning and AIto unlock predictive and advanced insights
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to embed data-driven thinking into everyday decision-making
What Youll Bring
Were looking for someone who can combine deep technical expertise with inspiring leadership:
- Proven experience in analytics, BI, or data science, including both hands-on delivery and team leadership
- Strong proficiency inPower BI,SQL, andsemantic data modelling
- Hands-on experience applyingML/AI techniques(e.g., predictive models, NLP) to real-world challenges
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for coaching and developing others
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Certifications inPower BI,Azure, orData Scienceare a bonus

- Contract:Permanent
- Salary:£58,969.32 £64,866.26(Depending on experience)

Person Specification
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in analytics, BI, or data science with both hands-on technical delivery and leadership responsibilities.
- Expertise in Power BI, SQL, and semantic modelling.
- Experience applying ML / AI techniques (e.g., predictive modelling, NLP) to real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring.
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience;
- Relevant certifications in Power BI, Azure, or data science are a plus.
