Conversions Executive
The RoleYou will be responsible for optimising our landing pages which will increase gross profit and solve important business issues using high-velocity A/B testing. Collaborating with other members of your trading hub, as well as the tech team, will help you generate and implement solutions for conversion blockers you have identified through data analysis, both quantitative and qualitative. Generating the best ideas will take creativity, lateral thinking and the ability to combine insights from multiple sources. What We're Offering YouHybrid working (2 days per week remote)Flexible working hours1000 per year to spend on professional developmentPension and salary sacrifice schemeBe Well: A programme to support the wellbeing of all MVFers and their familiesFree lunch when in the officeCompany off-sites and holiday incentives (Ibiza is our usual choice of destination!)A wide range of free health clubs including yoga, pilates football, book club, boxing, personal training, football, Jiu Jutsu and choir - we also run these remotely so anyone can get involved!Responsibilities:Follow the CRO methodology, which includes: Insights, Ideas, Prioritisation, Creative, Experiments, Conclusions Diagnose and analyse key conversion blockers across our websites using data from multiple sources, including Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely and others Maintain a pipeline of test ideas, and prioritise accordingly using the MVF prioritisation scoring system, supported by quantitative and qualitative dataCreate data-driven hypotheses for each test that you set live, explaining what problems are being addressed and why the solution should workDocumenting results and sharing learnings with the CRO team and the wider businessConsulting with stakeholders from sales, marketing, UX, tech, strategy and contact centre to solve business problems involving our funnelsHold frequent meetings including ideation sessions, planning, status updates and experiment results with relevant stakeholders to create a variety of solutions to funnel issues you have previously identifiedUse an iterative approach to optimisation, continuously reflecting on test results and findings, to help formulate new tests and hypothesesCollaborating with tech to deliver and implement more complex test ideas Take ownership of a number of landing pages that generate 100,000s of monthly revenueShare your expertise with the wider businessWhat Success Looks Like:Strong win rate and coverage on high-revenue / high-converting landing pages: Using a balance of both original ideas and successful ideas from the wider CRO team, frequently discover winning tests and minimise testing downtime on your crucial pages.Clear recommendations from research: Analytical skills and critical thinking are used to identify, prioritise and communicate conversion barriers.Collaborative approach to solving business and client issues: Key colleagues are consulted at all stages of the CRO process, in line with the CRO RACIQ.Positive contribution to wider CRO team progress: Executing CRO roadmap priorities effectively and delivering commitments on time.About youYou love using data, statistics and numbers to spot trends and help solve problemsYou could have a passion for psychology - in this role you’ll have to work out how our website visitors think and identify what motivation they’d need to become customersYou’re naturally inquisitive and want to understand not only how things work, but how you can make them betterYou thrive off challenges and love to complete complex problemsYou enjoy working with other to solve problemsYou want to channel your commercial mindset into your role and make a real difference in MVF’s revenue growthYou’re eager to learn, try new things and keen to developAbout MVFMVF is an award-winning customer generation business supplying some of the world’s leading brands with high volumes of new customers in over 45 countries.
