One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Change Manager / Consultant.

Duration – 6 months

Location – Warwickshire / Remote (approx. 1 day per week in the office)

Day Rate – £500 – 600 per day Inside IR35

There are 2 roles, 1 managing change closer to the IT technical side of the programme and the other rolling out the change to the wider business / locations. Both are Business Change Management / Readiness roles so non-technical.

Experience:

• Strong change management, business change, business readiness
• Experience working in a Change Manager / Change Consultant specific role
• Change communications, journey

Desirable

• Role will be working on a large IT programme (infrastructure, network, telephony) so any experience working on a similar type of project/programme would be great but not essential
• Regulated sector experience such as Financial Services (insurance / life & pensions / bank / banking), utilities or telecoms
