Head of Change / Head of Enterprise Change / Change Director / Change Lead / Change Practitioner / Change Certified (Prosci or APMG Change Management / ADKAR) / Change Adoption / Change Impact / Business Change / Leadership / People Management / Team Leading – Hybrid Warwickshire / Remote / Permanent role £80,000 – 115,000 car (£7,000) bonus (33%).

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Head of Enterprise Change.

Location – Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire – 1-2 days per week in office

Salary £80,000 – 115,000 car (£7,000) bonus 33%

Experience:

  • Must be a change practitioner
  • Qualifications – Prosci or APMG Change Management or similar
  • ADKAR process / methodology or similar
  • Strong leadership and people management skills – team is approx. 25 people made up of Change Managers, Change Consultants, Change Analysts etc
  • Team management; leadership, training and development – must have managed teams of similar size (20-25 people or more)
  • Expert in change adoption, change strategy, change approaches, change impact analysis, change leadership, enterprise change, embedding new processes, embedding change, business change, cultural change
  • Experience working on large scale / enterprise change
  • Stakeholder management
