One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Head of Enterprise Change.
Location – Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire – 1-2 days per week in office

Experience:
- Must be a change practitioner
- Qualifications – Prosci or APMG Change Management or similar
- ADKAR process / methodology or similar
- Strong leadership and people management skills – team is approx. 25 people made up of Change Managers, Change Consultants, Change Analysts etc
- Team management; leadership, training and development – must have managed teams of similar size (20-25 people or more)
- Expert in change adoption, change strategy, change approaches, change impact analysis, change leadership, enterprise change, embedding new processes, embedding change, business change, cultural change
- Experience working on large scale / enterprise change
