Head of Solutions Architecture / Senior Solutions Architect / Architecture Manager / Lead Solutions Architect / Regulated sector experience (Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pensions or utilities) / Product based operating model / Hybrid Remote / Midlands.
One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Head of Solutions Architecture / Manager.
Location Hybrid Remote 80% / Warwickshire 20%
Salary £100,000 - 150,000 package depending on experience
Experience
Regulated sector experience financial services or utilities
Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions across multiple technology domains (applications, integration, data, infrastructure, security)
Team management role will be managing and mentoring an approx. xkybehq team of 10 Solution Architects
A change enabler / agent with experience transitioning to a product / domain lead environment
Desirables
- TOGAF (Foundation or Practitioner) or equivalent architecture framework experience
- Experience of Agile architecture approaches (e.g. SAFe or equivalent)
