Head of Solutions Architecture – Hybrid / Remote / Warwickshire

Head of Solutions Architecture / Senior Solutions Architect / Architecture Manager / Lead Solutions Architect / Regulated sector experience (Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pensions or utilities) / Product based operating model / Hybrid – Remote / Midlands.

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Head of Solutions Architecture / Manager.

Location – Hybrid – Remote 80% / Warwickshire 20%

Salary – £ package depending on experience

Experience

• Regulated sector experience – financial services or utilities
• Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions across multiple technology domains (applications, integration, data, infrastructure, security)
• Team management – role will be managing and mentoring an approx. team of 10 Solution Architects
• A change enabler / agent with experience transitioning to a product / domain lead environment

Desirables

• TOGAF (Foundation or Practitioner) or equivalent architecture framework experience
• Experience of Agile architecture approaches (e.g. SAFe or equivalent)
