Our client is looking for an experienced IT Resourcer / Recruiter to join their internal recruitment team for an initial 3-month period, supporting a busy period of growth across Software Development and Engineering.

The role is primarily remote, with 1 day per week in Solihull, so candidates must be Midlands-based.

Key requirements:

• Previous recruitment agency experience
• IT sourcing / resourcing experience
• Experience recruiting Software Development / Engineering roles preferred
• Confident screening, qualifying and interviewing candidates
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Available for an immediate start
